Founded in 2018, Dollie & Stella was born from Jo Sadler’s vision of an ethical, inclusive, and community-centred salon experience, paying homage to her grandmothers Dollie and Stella.
While our roots are in Marrickville, where our salon was originally located, we’re thrilled to announce our relocation to Wilson Street in bustling Newtown. Our expansion to Newtown signifies a new phase of collaboration with local businesses in Sydney’s inner West, nurturing community, sustainability and education.
Our specialty is high-end hair services delivered in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you’re a first-timer or a regular, our cozy space promises a personalised touch for every client.
