Founded in 2018, Dollie & Stella was born from Jo Sadler’s vision of an ethical, inclusive, and community-centred salon experience, paying homage to her grandmothers, Dollie and Stella.
While our roots are in Marrickville, where our salon was originally located, we’re thrilled to be on Wilson Street in bustling Newtown. Our expansion to Newtown marks a new phase of collaboration with local businesses in Sydney’s inner West, focusing on nurturing the community, promoting sustainability, and supporting education.
