Dollie & Stella Policies

We are a salon space that welcomes everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior towards our staff or other clients. Our priority is creating a safe environment, so if this doesn’t align with your vibe, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting us.

Cancellation Policy

– If you don’t notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment, you may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.
– Late rescheduling is also subject to the same rule.
 

Deposit Requirement for New Colour Clients

– All new colour clients must pay a 50% upfront deposit to secure their spot.
– The deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards retail or other services if you decide not to proceed with your colour appointment.
– This is applicable only if the appointment is rescheduled or changed within the required 48-hour window.
 
Sickness Policy
At Dollie & Stella, our policies for sick clients are as follows:
– If you are unwell, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment.
– If you are well enough to visit the salon, please inform us in advance about your condition and wear a mask.
– As a small team, we cannot afford to fall ill, and we have clients with autoimmune issues whom we must prioritize and protect.
