We are a salon space that welcomes everyone. We have a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour towards our staff or other clients. Our priority is creating a safe environment, so if this doesn’t align with your vibe, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting us.
Cancellation policy
We understand that life happens and plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
- Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price.
- No-shows, same-day cancellations or same-day reschedules will be charged 100% of the service price

Deposit Policy
To ensure a seamless booking process and secure your spot, we kindly ask all new colour clients to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront.
This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and dedicate the right amount of time to your service.

Sickness policy
The health and well-being of our team and clients are our top priorities. If you’re feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure everyone’s safety.
- If you’re well enough to visit the salon, please let us know in advance about your condition and wear a mask during your appointment.
- As a small team, staying healthy is essential for us, and we’re committed to protecting our clients, including those with autoimmune conditions.
