breathwork with jo
A small-group guided breath and presence session designed to help you slow down, reconnect to your body, and better understand your nervous system in a simple and approachable way.

A slow movement and breathwork experience. A chance to move without rushing, quiet the mental chatter and reconnect with yourself. Think less workout, more nervous system downshift. No pressure, no performance, no experience needed.
