Jo (she/her) – Founder / Colour & Cutting Specialist / Educator
Creative, colourful, and always evolving, Jo is the visionary behind Dollie & Stella. She’s as passionate about education as she is about colour and cutting. When she’s not on the floor, she’s likely planning the next big thing or cuddling her cats. (Yes, she will show you photos.)
Morning or night person? Morning person through and through.
Pets? Three cats, and an open door policy for all creatures!
Style in 3 words? Colourful, fun, quirky.
Current hair mood? A little wild (on purpose!)
Inspo? Her team, ongoing education, and anything creative.
Eden (she/her, they) – Master Stylist
Eden brings a fearless edge and a thoughtful touch to everything she does. Self-expression has always been her thing, and now she gets to help others express themselves too, with cuts and colours that make a statement.
Under-rated hair trend? Crimping. Yes, it’s back!
Go to pizza topping? Pineapple, but only on a Supreme.
If not hair? Working with animals or land conservation.
Style in 3 words? Kitschy, punky, whimsy.
Dream cut? A pink Chelsea cut – always iconic!
Gidget (they/them) – Stylist / colourist
Gidget’s love of bold fashion and expressive styling started early and hasn’t slowed down. Their approach to hair is all about individuality and comfort, with a little mod flair thrown in.
Favourite finishing touch? W-Spray for piece-y, textured definition.
Good mood anthem? ‘Like A Prayer’ by Madonna
Spirit Animal? Somewhere between a seaweed loving seal and a Chinese Crested dog.
Coffee order? Brown sugar latte from Bean Town

ravenna (she/her) – master stylist / colourist
Ravenna is all about embracing individuality and throwing the rulebook out the window. Her eye for colour is unmatched (yes, pigeon feathers are an influence), and she’s a firm believer that cool hair is for everyone.
Dream colour palette? Burgundy and baby blue – or anything inspired by nature.
Morning or night? An early riser, occasionally.
Feel good track? ‘Tribute’ by Tenacious D.
Superpower of choice? Shapeshifting, obviously!
Client philosophy? There’s no age limit or style rule. Everyone deserves to feel amazing!
alan (they/them) – stylist
Alan brings soulful style, thoughtful consultation, and a healthy dose of sass to every appointment. They believe great hair isn’t about trends, it’s about finding what feels like you.

Zombie apocalypse plan? Hide and hope for the best!
Cats or dogs? Both – but especially their cat, Sunday.
Favourite decade? The 70’s – for the fashion, the hair, and the attitude!
jenna (she/her) – junior stylist / apprentice
With a love of all things piercing, Pinterest, and people-focused, Jenna brings curiosity and great energy to every service. She’s here to learn, grow, and help you feel amazing in your own skin (and hair).
